What Fonely is

Fonely.in is an independent information service that helps shoppers in India compare mobile phones and, where data is available, the prices at which retailers list them. Fonely is not a shop. We do not sell phones, hold stock, process payments, ship orders or handle returns. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer you choose.

Information is provided as-is

We work to keep the catalogue accurate, and we say where our information comes from and when it was last checked. Even so, product details, prices, offers, availability and delivery estimates change constantly and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The retailer’s own page at the moment of purchase is the authoritative source for price, stock and terms. Please check it before you buy.

Prices and offers

• Where Fonely shows no retailer price, it is because we do not yet hold price data we can stand behind for that product. We would rather show nothing than an estimate.
• Launch prices shown are manufacturer list prices, not offers, and not what any retailer is charging today.
• Bank-card, coupon, membership and exchange offers carry eligibility rules, caps, minimum spends and expiry dates set by the retailer or bank, not by Fonely.
• Any “best price” or similar indication is a calculation over the data we hold at that moment. It is guidance, not advice, and not a guarantee.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links, and Fonely may earn a commission on a qualifying purchase at no additional cost to you. Commission does not determine rankings or which retailer is shown as cheapest. Full detail is on our affiliate disclosure page.

Acceptable use

You may use Fonely for your own personal, non-commercial shopping research. Please do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically copy the site or its catalogue; interfere with its operation or security; misrepresent your identity; or use the site for anything unlawful. We may restrict access where use threatens the service or other users.

Intellectual property

The Fonely name, design, catalogue structure and original text belong to Fonely. Brand names, product names, retailer names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products being compared. Their appearance on Fonely does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or any affiliation.

Third-party sites

Following a link takes you to a site Fonely does not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content, prices, products or conduct.

Alerts and saved preferences

Where Fonely offers price alerts or a watchlist, they are provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee that a message is delivered, delivered on time, or that a price is still available when it reaches you. Preferences saved in your browser may be lost if you clear site data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fonely is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, including a price that has changed, an offer you turn out not to be eligible for, or a product that is unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
