Information you provide

If you create a price alert or contact us, you may provide an email address, target price and message details. The current demonstration does not send live alert notifications; this will be updated before a production alert service is enabled.

Preferences stored on your device

Selected bank-card names and phones added to comparison are stored in your browser’s local storage. This allows those preferences to persist between visits. You can remove them using the site controls or by clearing site data in your browser.

Technical and usage data

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps and error logs. Fonely currently does not require an external advertising or behavioral analytics provider.

Retailer and affiliate links

When you select a retailer, Fonely may record a click reference and redirect you to that retailer or affiliate network. The destination operates under its own privacy policy and may use cookies or similar attribution technologies.

How information is used

• To provide comparisons and remember your chosen preferences.
• To respond to enquiries and requested alerts.
• To measure outbound retailer clicks and affiliate attribution.
• To protect the service, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and program-compliance obligations.

Sharing and sale of information

Fonely does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, email, database, analytics or affiliate partners only where needed to operate the service, attribute a retailer visit, comply with law or protect users and the service.

Retention and security

Information should be kept only as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, accounting and legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your email by contacting privacy@fonely.in. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Children

Fonely is a general shopping-information service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
